Description

Bi Xie-the Evil-averting beast is a kind of winged beast resembling a lion in Chinese myths and legends.

This BiXie is made of greenish white, which is very good in quality. It’s surface has a warm patina, and the whole body has hair-thin soak-induced red threads. The red color is the strongest from the face to the top of the head. Coincidentally cater to the “good luck” meaning.

The beast raises its head and looks forward, eyes wide open. It has sharp teeth with open mouth, two arc-shaped small ears carved on the top of the head, and a wishful unicorn in the middle of the head.
The limbs are strong and powerful. The sharp claws are sticking out, and they are crawling before the catch, showing an unstoppable aura and strength.
The body part is carved with subtle curved surfaces into structural undulations, so that people can strongly feel that the hot and full muscles of the beast seem to burst out at any time.
It’s tail splits off in the middle. It has feathered wings on both sides of the abdomen, the wings are parallel, and the ends of the wings are curled upwards.
The vigorous and dignified shape of the BiXie reveals agility and alertness, and the beautiful image contains awe-inspiring majesty. This BiX should be based on the liger as the prototype and the animal shape change, only partially with wings, the shape is vivid, and quite imaginative. From the beginning to the end, a curve that is as strong and full of elasticity as steel bars runs through it. It is strong and soft, and a strong sense of dynamism is involuntarily revealed. It reflects the expression of the artistic curve and the use of dynamic in the Han Dynasty.
*It should be noted that this BiXie has a slight damage to the tip of a tooth, please refer to the pictures and video.
