Description
“Le Zi” is a jade ornament that is hung on the chest or waist. It can be hung alone or combined with other jade ornaments.
This jade tubular pendant is made of white jade with a brownish-red soak-induced color on the surface, and there are obvious signs of wear and patina caused by wearing.
The shape is similar to a smaller version jade “Cong”. The four sides are carved with the same pattern, and the pattern is an abstract and symmetrical dragon pattern. They are all carved with double shade lines, and the carving technics show the typical slant craftsmanship of the Western Zhou Dynasty.
